Throughout the year we will be organising a series of courses at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu center in London. Different courses will be available – ranging from an introduction to cooking to advanced French patisserie.
Possibly the best overall course is the weeklong introduction to fine cooking. Scholars will learn fundamental cuisine techniques and their application to a number of dishes through hands-on tuition. They will first be taught classic techniques including knife skills, stocks, soups, basic sauces and elementary butchery before applying the skills gained as they create a number of dishes. Our world-class Master Chef will demonstrate each step in the process of making the days produce.
