Pillar Ambassador

At Buckswood, our educational philosophy is supported our 12 pillars that embody our core values and principles. To champion these pillars, we have established the Pillar Ambassadors programme, a student-led initiative that promotes and enlivens each pillar within our school community.

Role of Pillar Ambassadors

Pillar Ambassadors are responsible students selected to represent each of our 12 pillars. These ambassadors play a pivotal role in fostering awareness and engagement with their assigned pillar through a variety of activities. Their duties include organising events, leading discussions, and selecting appropriate readings for school assemblies. These activities are designed to deepen the understanding and application of each pillar among all Buckswood students.

Empowering Students

Through the Pillar Ambassadors programme, students are not only empowered to lead but also to innovate in how our school’s values are integrated into daily life. By taking charge of events, these ambassadors enhance their leadership skills, gain valuable organisational experience, and contribute significantly to the school community.
