Netball at Buckswood

Netball at Buckswood is part of our vibrant P7 Activities programme (no extra cost), offering students the opportunity to develop their skills, enjoy friendly competition, and stay active in a supportive and social environment.

Whether you’re new to the game or have previous experience, our netball sessions cater to all ability levels. Training takes place on our two outdoor courts, with access to indoor practice space during poor weather, ensuring continuity throughout the year.

A Typical Activity May Include:

• Skills Development: Focused sessions on passing, movement, footwork, and shooting
• Team Play: Small-sided games and match scenarios to build confidence and tactical awareness
• Optional Extras: From time to time, students may have the chance to join masterclasses, additional coaching sessions, or tournaments, which may be offered at an extra cost

Buckswood netball fosters values of teamwork, fair play, and leadership, helping students grow both on and off the court. It is a popular activity for those looking to stay active, connect with others, and build personal discipline in a fun and encouraging setting.

Please note: Netball is an optional extracurricular activity, subject to student interest and staff availability. Additional sessions or trips may carry an extra fee. Each term’s schedule of netball activities is shared in advance.
