A Levels at Buckswood

A Levels at Buckswood serve as the traditional pathway to British universities, where students delve deeply into 3-4 subjects over two years, aiming to maximise UCAS points for university entry. Our A Level programme offers a breadth of choices that surpasses many larger schools. 

In addition to robust academic preparation, international students benefit from ESOL lessons in preparation for IELTS, and where possible, A Level courses in their native languages. We encourage students to choose subjects they enjoy and excel in, minimising the need for mid-term adjustments. Our strategy includes regular MOCK exams, revision camps, and homework. Furthermore, half termly grading, reporting and continuous teacher support facilitate reflective learning and personal development, essential for success at university and beyond.
