Trevor Bumstead
Head of Football
Trevor holds both his UEFA A licence and Advanced Youth Award. His coaching experience includes 5 years as the Arsenal FC, Academy U16 Head Coach and 10 years as the Lead Youth Development Phase coach at West Ham United Football Club. He has previously worked with the likes of England International Declan Rice and Dutch International Donyell Malen as well as many others.
Darren Horsmann
Assistant Head of Football
Darren holds his UEFA B License and FA Level 2 Goalkeeping award. Darren previously worked for both Chelsea and Brighton Football Clubs and has worked at the Buckswood Academy for 4 years.
Dan Hutchins
Academy Coach
Dan possesses his FA Level 2 Coaching Award and is currently still playing as a goalkeeper in non-league football for Langley Wanderers. Dan has worked at the Buckswood Academy for 2 years.
Megan McCready
Girls Lead Academy Coach
Megan possesses her FA Level 2 Coaching Award and is currently studying for her FA Level 3. Megan joined Buckswood this year to Lead our new girls football academy having previously worked with the girls football teams at Bromsgrove School. She currently plays for Hastings United Ladies and previously spent time in the Brighton & Hove Albion Girls Centre of Excellence.
