At Buckswood, caring for our planet is part of everyday life. We are continually improving the ways we reduce waste and recycle resources across our campus. Our food waste is collected and sent to a specialist facility, where it is converted into energy instead of going to landfill. We also recycle our cardboard and work to minimise single-use materials wherever possible.

Our water is cleaned and recycled through our purification systems and reedbed filtration, helping us use our natural resources responsibly and sustainably.

We know there is always more that can be done – but we are committed, learning, and moving forward together. Every small step counts, and every member of our community plays a role in making Buckswood a greener place.
