Option 1: Home (Overseas) My child will be travelling home overseas for half term. Please complete the departure and arriving to school forms.

Option 2: Home (UK) My child will be travelling home (to an address in the UK). Please complete the departure and arriving to school forms.

Option 3: Staying with Guardians. My child will be staying with their UK guardian (they must go to the UK guardian's home by approved transport provider). Please complete the departure and arriving to school forms.
