This form is to be filled out by those Upper 6th students in good standing seeking evening leave permission (Friday or Sat). Evening leave is the opportunity for you and some friends to go and sample the culinary delights of Hastings by visiting a restaurant. This request must be submitted no later than Wednesday evening and you will need to organise your own Taxi through the usual process. Please ensure you place a booking at the restaurant you wish to attend.

In order to be eligible for evening leave, you and your group must meet the following criteria.

• Have no negative events for the week
• Have an assessment effort score of better than 2.2
