Buckswood dance academy runs in partnership with Splitz Dance Academy a highly reputable school directed by Stacey Caister.

Splitz Dance Academy currently teaches a large number of students in Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and International Dance Teaching Association (IDTA) syllabus. Both of which are world leading in dance associations.

Director of dance Stacey Caister began her own career at a young age winning many accolades, one of which was the prestigious All England Dance competition at the age of 12. Having achieved honours in all of her exams in each discipline Stacey went on to gain places at numerous professional schools but instead chose to further her career as a dance teacher qualifying with both boards of examination.

Dance students can choose to follow the Buckswood dance academy (BDA) programme in which they can earn either Bronze, Silver, Gold or platinum awards. Students achieving the highest level of attainment will be selected for further advancement with the ISTD and IDTA.

The basis of all of our dance training at BDA is variety. Our teaching methods are designed to motivate, encourage creativity and further dance education.
