I have degrees in Civil Engineering and in Psychology. I spent many years as a curator at The Science Museum in London, researching and creating exhibitions to explain the history and development of science and technology to the general public.
After a period running my own business, I returned to university and obtained a PGCE in Mathematics. I have spent recent years teaching GCSE and A level in an international school mostly to overseas students with English as a foreign language.
