Pupils can handle a full academic curriculum and a full extra-curricular programme: often the most successful scholars are those who are also fully committed to teams, choirs and responsibilities outside the classroom. We want Buckswood pupils to be well-rounded individuals eager to accept new opportunities in life.

Our “Knowledge is Power” (KiP) programme enriches our pupils with a breadth of exposure to new areas of knowledge – the holocaust; post-impressionist art; poetry; philosophy; opera; essential “must read” literary classics to name but some.
